The Lost Colony outdoor drama will be performed on Sunday nights this year and closed on Saturday nights.
General Manager Jon Summerton said many Outer Banks visitors arrive on Saturday and don't feel up to going out that night.
The drama, held on the north end of Roanoke Island, will begin its 55th season June 7 for Dare County Night, with the first public presentation June 8. Tickets remain at $12 for adults, $11 for senior citizens and $6 for children 11 and under.
Auditions will be held at 10 a.m. March 5 at the Lost Colony building, and on March 18 in Chapel Hill. For details, call (919) 473-2127. by CNB
