HARRY HOROWITZ

Harry Horowitz, of the 700 block of Inlet Quay, a retired painting contractor, died Feb. 6, 1995, in his residence.

Mr. Horowitz was a native of Kerhonkson, N.Y., and retired from the ACME Painting Company. He was a very active tennis player in Hampton Roads. He was a Past Grand of Lafayette Lodge (NU)9, IOOF; a member of Norfolk Encampment 13; Painter's Local 1100; and a member of The Harbor Club and Brith Sholom.

Survivors include his devoted wife, Ida K. Horowitz, and many loving nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Forest Lawn Cemetery by Rabbi Samuel Sobel. The family will be at 700 B Inlet Quay, in the Riverwalk section in Chesapeake. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments Norfolk is handling arrangements.
