Yvonne Key, 38, of the 3500 block of Pierce St., died Feb. 5, 1995, in Richmond, Va.
She was a native of Portsmouth and attended Crestwood High School.
Survivors include one son, Kalvin Key of Portsmouth; her mother, Rosa Key; four sisters, Ethel Davis and Marie Ward, both of Portsmouth, Deloris Bassett of Richmond, Va., and Anne Caraway of Detroit, Mich.; two brothers, Tommy Key and Oris Key Jr., both of Portsmouth; 12 grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at noon Friday in Grove Baptist Church by the Rev. Melvin O. Mariner. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Gardens. Viewing will be Thursday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Home and Friday from 10 a.m. to noon at the church. Family and friends will assemble at 3500 Pierce St., Portsmouth, at 11:15 a.m. for the processional to the church. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
