Robert Wade Jennings Jr., 45, of the 700 block of B Avenue, departed this life on Saturday, Feb. 4, 1995 in Norfolk.
He was born in Norfolk and was the son of Robert and Beatrice Jennings Sr. He was a master bricklayer for G & V Masonry.
Survivors include his parents; his son, Robert W. Jennings III; one grandchild, Jasmine Jennings; four sisters, Beatrice Garvin, Joy Gates, Vicki Flood, and Candy Jennings, all of Norfolk; a niece and several nephews; his special friend, Judy Nixon of Portsmouth, and a host of relatives and friends.
A Wake service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday in Graves Funeral Home. A funeral service will be conducted at noon Friday in New Hope United Methodist Church of Christ, E. Liberty Street, Norfolk, by the Rev. James W. Anderson. Interment will be at the Calvary Memorial Cemetery in Norfolk. Friends will be received at the family's residence, 735 B Avenue, Norfolk.
