I cannot keep silent any longer about the abuse the Virginia Opera continuously endures under the poison pen of Mark Mobley. I realize he is supposed to be a critic (and I use the term lightly), but he takes a completely one-sided approach to everything he writes.
Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but Mobley's obvious sour-grapes attitude to the other reviewers (or critics if you prefer) that recently ran in your paper is in appallingly bad taste.
Do your readers a favor and send Lee Tepley to review. He is intelligent, articulate and respected.
