The City Council took the following actions at its meeting Tuesday:

Resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into such deeds as may be appropriate to correct the boundary line between the Crawford Square Garage and the Crawford Square Condominiums. Although a subdivision plat was signed by the city and the Portsmouth Parkside Development Associates to correct the boundary line, a deed is needed between the parties. Approved, 5-0
Motion authorizing the city manager to enter into a contract with J.S. Baar, Ltd., and Rountree Construction Co., Inc., for the Sleepy Hole Golf Course, Sleepy Hole Park and the Obici House. The contract is for an initial term of 10 years, with two renewal periods of five years each. Approved, 5-0
