Ed Maxwell of Virginia Beach bought this 1995 Lexus LS 400 for his

wife Cindy for Christmas. He enjoys his remote entry, which allows

him to unlock the trunk of the doors from a distance. A ``panic''

button on the remote entry will turn on the headlights and blow the

horn.

Delco's system Forewarn has radar sensors mounted on the front and

rear of vehicles. Information from the sensors is fed to a computer

that determines if a collision is possible and warns the driver.

Telepath 100 is a navigation system. The diagram shows various

components, including the memory card, which contains digitized

maps.
