The Board of Directors of DeBartolo Realty Corporation elected Marie Denise DeBartolo York, 44, as the company's new director. DeBartolo York will fill the position vacated by Edward J. DeBartolo who died December 19. With 20 years experience in real estate development and management, DeBartolo York serves as chairman of DeBartolo Inc. and The Edward J. DeBartolo Corp. The real estate investment trust also announced a first quarter dividend of $0.315 per share. The dividend will be paid on April 20 to shareholders of record March 31.
