Melvin Chisom Douglass of the 2400 block of Courtney Ave., a mechanic, died Feb. 7, 1995, in the Hampton V.A. Hospital.
Mr. Douglass was born in Accomack, Va., and was the widower of Ruth Lucille Douglass.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, friends and his dog, Brownie.
A memorial service will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday in Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home by the Rev. Anthony Moses. Inurnment will be in Calvary Cemetery.
