SEX CRIMES 3300 block of Elm Ave. - Drug store notified police about 2 p.m. Jan. 4 of pornographic photo taken of children some time in December. Man, known to victims, charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of knowingly taking part in photographing sexually explicit material of a minor.

First block of Gillis Road - Man said someone entered his home about 20 times and money removed from drawer. Victim did not report incidents, but staked out home and watched suspect come into locked side door about 7 a.m. Jan. 24. Victim held suspect, who he knows, until police arrived. 22-year-old man charged with burglary.
200 block of Beacon Road - Camcorder, scanner taken between 4 p.m. Jan. 26 and noon Jan. 27.
3100 block of Victory Blvd. - Building ransacked. Unknown if anything taken between 5 p.m. Jan. 28 and 1 p.m. Jan. 29.

100 block of Ericcson St. - Bicycle borrowed by suspect about 7 p.m. Jan. 14 never returned. Six days later victim saw someone with bike who claimed to have purchased it. Victim left after several teenagers gathered.

200 block of Wilson Parkway - 33-year-old man said stabbed in hand, side and shoulder by someone who entered car about 11:30 p.m. Jan. 26. Victim treated at Maryview Medical Center and released.
300 block of Wilson Parkway - 20-year-old man shot in back while riding in car with three other people, including 7-year-old, about 11:30 p.m. Jan. 29. Police charged two men with one count of malicious wounding, three counts of attempt to kill. Victim listed in stable condition at time of report.
