Strong-arm robbery, 1100 block of Sir Galahad Drive. The victim refused to let the suspect ride his moped. At that point, the suspect threw the victim to the ground and fled on the moped. Description of the suspect: black male, 5-feet-4-inches, 160 pounds, wore an orange coat and dark hat. Jan. 19.
