CHRYSTELLE L. PARKER

Chrystelle Lucas Parker, 90, of the 2400 block of Meadows Landing, died Feb. 11, 1995 in a Suffolk nursing home.

Mrs. Parker was a public schoolteacher in Benson and Farmville, N.C., the widow of Richard Amos Parker and a member of 1st Presbyterian Church of Benson, N.C.

Survivors include a daughter, Faye P. Bauer of Portsmouth; a son, Martin L. Parker of Charleston, W.Va.; five grandchildren, Martin L. Parker Jr. of Atlanta, Ga., John King Newton, IV of Virginia Beach, Elizabeth P. Stottler of Pittsburgh, Pa., Clark P. Parker of Charleston, W.Va., and Heather B. Lucas of Wilson, N.C.; and one great-grandson, Zachary C. Newton of Virginia Beach.

A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens by the Rev. P. William Parker, Jr. Loving Funeral Home, Churchland, is handling arrangements. The family will receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. today at the daughter's home, 4400 Hyde Road, Portsmouth. The family suggests memorial contributions to the Lancaster Spiritual and Education Center of Maryview Nursing Center, Suffolk.
