Lenora E. Williams, 68, of the 1600 block of Stratford St., died Feb. 7, 1995, in Maryview Hospital.
Mrs. Williams was born in Portsmouth. She was retired from Wilson High School, a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Temple, Usher Board and Lay Women, Martha Chapter (NU)10 OES and United Order of Tents.
Survivors include her husband, Rudolph Williams; two sisters, Helen A. Hathaway of Syracuse, N.Y., and Sylvia Shell of Covington, Va.; two aunts, Virginia E. Wingfield of Syracuse, N.Y., and Geraldine Eley of Long Beach, Calif.; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, McArthur Eley and Lenora Eley and a stepmother, Elydia Eley.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Monday at Mt. Hermon Baptist Temple by the Rev. I.S. Waters. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. Fisher Funeral Home is handling arrangements. The family will be at the residence. The body will be placed in the church at 11 a.m.
