Nita Riley, 51, passed away quietly at the home of her parents, Oscar and Evelyn of Norfolk.
Nita had a terminal illness and had come home to finish her days with her family and friends. ``Nita'' was a nondenominational minister for nearly 30 years and carried the Gospel to others in six southern states. Her last place of labor was central Mississippi.
A funeral service will be held at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel on Wednesday at noon. A visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Luther Nussbaum, William Lewis, Sam McCracken and Leslie Pulley officiate at the funeral services.
