A Norfolk man who was found slain in his home Saturday afternoon has been identified as Otis E. James Jr., police spokesman Larry Hill said Monday.
The body of James, 31, was discovered at the home in the 900 block of Reservoir Ave. at 2:30 p.m. after someone reported gunshots, Hill said.
