STOLEN CAR HITS SUFFOLK SCHOOL BUS; 6 HURT

A car stolen from Norfolk rammed into a Suffolk school bus Monday, injuring the bus driver, two students on the bus and three teenagers in the car. The car burst into flames.

The accident happened about 7:15 a.m. at Camellia and Brookwood drives.

The car, a 1992 Chrysler New Yorker, struck the bus in the front, then careened into a yard.

The occupants of the car - three juveniles - fled but were apprehended nearby, police spokesman Mike Simpkins said Tuesday.

The victims were treated at Obici Hospital and released.
