HOWARD LEWIS PARHAM SR.

Howard Lewis Parham Sr., of the 800 Block of Wolcott Ave. was called to take his place with God on Feb. 12, 1995, at DePaul Hospital, Norfolk, Virginia.

Mr. Parham was retired after 36 years of service with Sears, Roebuck and Co. He was a veteran of the Korean War.

His survivors include his daughters, Hope Parham and Rana Parham, both of Virginia Beach, and a son Howard Louis Parham Jr., two brothers, John Parham of Norfolk, James Parham of Pittsburgh, PA, two loving granddaughters, Ciera Parham and Morgann Parham, two sisters-in-law, Barbara Parham of Norfolk, Joelyn Parham of Pittsburgh, PA, and a host of nieces, nephews, family members, and devoted friends.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Friday at Graves Funeral Home by the Rev. Thomas Tucker. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Friends may join the family at 5605 Fanshaw Court, Virginia Beach.
