GUILD HOLDS ITS ANNUAL RED BALL COTILLION TONIGHT AT OMNI

The Young People's Guild of Portsmouth will present its annual Fashion and Talent Night and The Red Ball Cotillion at 7 p.m. today at the Omni International Hotel in Norfolk.

Seven junior debutantes will be presented. They will be accompanied by six princesses and 10 ladies in waiting.

The junior debutantes are:

Chanell M. Copeland of Peachtree, daughter of Barry C. Copeland and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Perry; Copeland attends Churchland Academy.

Chantille L. Copeland, of Peachtree, daughter of Barry C. Copeland and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Perry; Copeland attends Churchland Academy.

Debra E. Shuler of Prentis Park, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Burden; Shuler attends James Hurst Elementary School.

Latoya DuPriest of Chesapeake, granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Ferebee; DuPriest attends G.A. Treakle Elementary.

Debra Shuler will receive a first-place essay and talent award for, ``Why I Love Myself.''
