E. Sheila Blanchard, Ph.D., expired quietly on Feb. 13, 1995, in Virginia Beach General Hospital.
Ms. Blanchard had obtained her B.A. at the College of New Rochelle, her M.A. at New York University and Ph.D. at Rochester University, all in English.
She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth M. Blanchard, and her brother, Peter B. Blanchard, M.D.
A memorial service will be held at the Norfolk Unitarian Church, Saturday the 25th of February at 2 p.m.
In place of flowers, donations are requested for the Beach Health Clinic, 303 22nd St., Virignia Beach, Va. 23451.
Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, is handling arrangements.
