Janie Watson Kelly, 88, a homemaker, of 453 W. Blanche Drive, died Feb. 15, 1995, in a local hospital.
She was born in Chatham, Va., and lived in Tidewater for many years. She was a member of Chatham Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Kelly was the widow of James F. Kelly and is survived by three daughters, Barbara K. Stewart, Carol K. Stevenson and Jane K. Lis, all of Chesapeake; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted on Saturday at 2 p.m. in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Frank Hughes and the Rev. James Clark. Friends may join the family at Oman Funeral Home, 653 Cedar Road, from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
