Clarification
Norfolk lawyer George H. Heilig Jr. does not represent land
salvager Edwin B. Lindsley Jr. in Lindsley's pursuit of land in or
around the Princess Anne Country Club and Linkhorn Park. Heilig did
represent Lindsley's Cala Corp. in September, and filed Cala's
request for appointment of a receiver for a defunct company that
once owned the area. Heilig did not, however, file Cala's revocation
of public land dedications on Jan. 25. Lindsley filed that himself.
