Dominion Resources Inc., the Richmond-based utility holding company, said Friday that its board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 64.5 cents per common share. The dividend is payable March 20 to shareholders of record March 2. Separately, Virginia Power's board declared regular quarterly dividends on the electric utility's 12 series of preferred stock.
