Nebraska electric-power executive has been named president and chief executive officer of Old Dominion Electric Cooperative, which arranges power supplies for 12 cooperatives in Virginia and two other states. Ronald W. Watkins, 53, will begin work at the cooperative April 1. He also will become president and CEO of the Virginia-Maryland-Delaware Association of Electric Cooperatives. Old Dominion and the trade association are based at the Innsbrook Corporate Center in Henrico County.
