Regina Smith, 37, of the 6400 block of Clare Road, died Feb. 17, 1995, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
Mrs. Smith was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include a daughter, Latouria Smith, and two sons, Jessie Smith and David Smith, all of Portsmouth; her mother and stepfather, Carrie Allen and Russell Allen of Norfolk; two sisters, Carol Allen of Norfolk and Ernestine Harris of Washington, N.C.; and a brother, Cornelius Allen of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Fitchett Funeral Home by the Rev. Frank Guns Sr. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park.
