J. Richard Toepper, 39, of Old Fox Hill Road, died Feb. 17, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Toepper was born in Norfolk. He was a retired fisherman (disabled) and was a Catholic.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon M. Toepper; a daughter, Aimee Nicole Toepper; and a stepson, Robert W. Thayer, all of Hampton; his mother, Ellen R. Toepper of Norfolk; two sisters, Carol A. Toepper and Julia T. Coltrain, both of Chesapeake; and a brother, Michael R. Toepper of Hampton.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Eddie Heath. Contributions may be made to Aimee N. Toepper Education Trust Fund c/o Carol A. Toepper, 2744 Horseshoe Drive, Chesapeake, Va. 23322.
