EDO Corp.'s Defense and Space Systems Division in Chesapeake was awarded a $3.3 million contract from Westinghouse Electric Corp. TME Enterprise Ltd., consulting business, filed chapter 7 liquidation on Jan. 27 with assets of $8,002 and liabilities of $149,918.76.

Control Systems USA Inc., fire alarm service, filed chapter 11 reorganization on Jan. 30, with assets of $38,587 and liabilities of $102,189.

Lance Gordon Traium, hauling, filed chapter 13 debt repayment play on Jan. 31. Assets and liabilities were not available.

CONTRACTS

Inner-View Ltd. in Chesapeake received a $1.1 million contract from the Hampton Roads Sanitation District for gravity sewer rehabilitation on Hampton Boulevard in Norfolk.
