Dale E. Stoy Jr., 33, of 1676 Godfrey Lane, died Feb. 19, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Stoy was a native of Norfolk and was a resident of Tidewater for most of his life.
Suvivors include his mother, Betty Godfrey Stoy and his father, Dale E. Stoy Sr., both of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Mary Stoy Strickland and Linda Stoy Monroe, both of Virginia Beach; two brothers, William Richard Stoy of Virginia Beach and James Douglas Stoy of Fredericksburg, Va.; his grandmother, Mrs. Maybelle M. Godfrey of Virginia Beach; one niece, eight nephews and two step nieces.
A chapel service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Laskin Road, by the Rev. Mary S. Strickland. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery, Norfolk. Please omit flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
