Leonal R. ``Lee'' Burk, 59, of the 3700 block of Pine Grove Lane, died Feb. 18, 1995, in Sentara Leigh Hospital, Norfolk.
Mr. Burk was born in West Virginia. He had retired from the U.S. Navy after 20 years. He was a Lutheran and a member of Moose Lodge 39 Norfolk; Fleet Reserve; and Viet Nam Veterans Association. He was a Navy veteran of Viet Nam.
Survivors include his wife, Frances B. Burk; a daughter and her husband, Helen M. and Dave Yarrington of Chesapeake; a son, Harold L. Burk of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Emilee O'Hara and Wilma Prochaska of West Virginia; a brother, Thomas Bursee of West Virginia; two grandchildren, Jessica and Rebecca Yarrington of Virginia Beach; and a nephew, Thomas Reeves of Suffolk.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, by the Rev. Donald Laine. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Donations may be made to the MDA Norfolk.
