Gene Evans Murray Jr., 41, of the 5700 block of Paiute Road, died Feb. 18, 1995, in Norfolk.
Mr. Murray was born in Norfolk. He was an auto assembler for 17 years with Ford Motor Co. in Norfolk. He was a member of Rock Church, Virginia Beach, and the United Automobile Workers No. 919. He was predeceased in death by his father, Gene E. Murray Sr.
Survivors include his wife, Marsha Weaver Murray of Norfolk; his mother, Blanche Brinkley Murray of Virginia Beach; a sister, Debra Lee Jimerson of Virginia Beach; a brother, David B. Murray of Fredericksburg; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and four nieces and one nephew.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk, by the Rev. Betty Forbes. The family will be at the residence.
