LEROY N. BESKIN

LeRoy Nikki Beskin, 85, of the 400 block of Bradford Ave., an executive assistant with Beskin and Associates, died Feb. 20, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.

Mr. Beskin was a native of Norfolk and a resident for most of his life. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and he advanced from the rank of private to captain. Mr. Beskin was president of Economy Tile Company on Tidewater Drive in Norfolk for 23 years. He was a lifelong member of Ohef Sholom Temple in Norfolk, a graduate of Maury High School, Class of 1928, and a Boy Scout leader with Ohef Sholom Temple's Boy Scout Troop.

Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Jane Stern Beskin; three sons, Herbert L. Beskin of Charlottesville, Va., Roy S. Beskin and Richard A. Beskin, both of Virginia Beach; a sister, Rita B. Cogan of Norfolk; and six grandchildren, Courtney and Randi Beskin, Bradley and Kelly Beskin and Jason and Alena Beskin-White.

A chapel service will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, by Rabbi Lawrence A. Forman. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Boy Scouts of America or Ohef Sholom Temple.
