William R. Baxter, 40, died Feb. 18, 1995, in his residence.
Mr. Baxter was born in Kinsington, Montgomery County, Maryland, and was a cosmetologist.
Survivors include his parents, Gloria and Edwin Baxter of Virginia Beach; one sister, Anita L. Land of Virginia Beach; and two brothers, Gary Baxter of Norfolk and Robert Baxter of Fairfax County, Va.
The funeral will be conducted Wednesday, Feb. 22, 1995, at 11 a.m. by Father William Dale in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home today from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
