MARGARET P. DICKINSON

Margaret Parsons Dickinson of Machipongo died Wednesday, Feb. 22, 1995, in her residence, Sylvan Scene.

Mrs. Dickinson, a native of Capeville, Va., was the daughter of the late Frank Parsons Jr. and Margaret Lee Willis Parsons and was the wife of the late Charles William Dickinson III. She was a member of Holmes Presbyterian Church. She was a graduate of Hollins College and the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music, and a member of The Garden Club of the Eastern Shore.

Survivors include three sons, Charles William Dickinson IV of Cheriton, Frank Parsons Dickinson of Gunnison, Colo., and Willis Hunt Dickinson of Endwell, N.Y.; a brother, George Francis Parsons of Capeville; and grandchildren, Caroline Page Dickinson of New Orleans, La., Elizabeth Fairchild Parsons Dickinson of Cheriton, Julia Hunt Dickinson, Amy Margaret Dickinson and Lisa Marie Dickinson, all of Gunnison, Colo., Maggie Lee Dickinson and Beth Ann Dickinson, both of Endwell, N.Y.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday in Holmes Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Anthony W. Dick and the Rev. Harry W. Crandall. Entombment will be in Cape Charles Cemetery. Wilkins-Doughty Funeral Home, Cape Charles, is handling arrangements.
