Sadie Ester Eicher, 94, died Feb. 22, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Eicher was born in Norfolk and was the widow of John Cleveland Eicher. She was a life long member of Burrows Memorial Baptist Church and a member of Pythians Norfolk Temple (NU)3; Daughters of America, Edgewater (NU)27; and was in charge of transportation for the American Red Cross for four and one-half years.
Survivors include two nieces, Margaret Elizabeth Maynard and Geraldine Kingsley, both of Virginia Beach.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by Pastor Donald Harris. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday.
