Raymond Woodson Connelly Sr., 73, of Hearth Drive, a retired machinist, died Feb. 22, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mr. Connelly was born in Richmond, Va., and retired in 1980 from the Naval Air Rework Facility after 36 years. Mr. and Mrs. Connelly have been managing the Midway Trailer Park at 1561 Campostella Road in Chesapeake for the past 37 years.
Survivors include his wife, Helen S. Connelly; four daughters, Marie Landis of Virginia Beach, Ann E. Spruill of Chesapeake, Helen Rae Kiley of Virginia Beach and Janet M. Connelly of Hampton; a son, Raymond W. Connelly Jr. of Chesapeake; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
