Charles Benjamin Wallace, of the 2800 block of Victoria Ave., died Feb. 22, 1995 in Sentara Nursing Home, Norfolk.
Mr. Wallace was born in Norfolk. He was a nurses assistant at Lake Taylor City Hospital and a member of Mt. Gilead Missionary Baptist Church, Norfolk.
Survivors include his parents, Rena Wallace and the Rev. Joseph L. Wallace; a sister, Retha Wallace Newell; and two brothers, Joseph L. Wallace, Jr. and Edward Wallace, all of Norfolk; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church by Dr. Raymond Dean. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements. The remains will be ready for viewing at 3 p.m. today. The family will assemble at the residence at noon for the processional.
