HAZEL P. ADDISON

Hazel Marie Pinner Addison, of the 3900 block of Llewellyn Ave., died Feb. 26, 1995.

Mrs. Addison was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Truitt Pinner and widow of James Samuel Addison Sr.

She is survived by a sister, Mrs. R.D. Sawyer Sr. of Manteo, N.C.; a daughter, Mrs. Susan Addison Torrans of Norfolk; two sons, James Samuel Addison Jr. and Harry Taylor Addison of Virginia Beach; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

For many years, Mrs. Addison was active on the Altar Guild of Episcopal Church of the Ascension and on the Board of the Episcopal Church Home.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, 1995, in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, Norview Ave., by the Rev. Mark Delcuze. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today. The family has requested that flowers be omitted and that memorial donations be made to the Episcopal Church of the Ascension, Talbot Hall Road and Newport Avenues, Norfolk, Va. 23505. The burial will be private.
