Today as I read the lovely article of a schoolteacher and two students who shaved their heads in support of their friend, who was returning to school with a bald head because of her chemotherapy, I thought that should have been front-page news. Instead, the front page was mostly about hackers, and a New York article at that. After reading the sweet article, who wants to read the negative stuff?
Our young people need to read more positive things today. We have a lot of good kids out there, and they never get front page coverage, only the bad guys.
I would much rather start my day with a sweet story than with something bad.
