Madeline F. Frederick, 48, of the 3600 block of Hermitage Drive, a retired registered nurse, died Feb. 27, 1995, in her residence.
Mrs. Frederick was born in Cambridge, Mass., and was retired from Portsmouth General Hospital after 27 years.
Survivors include her husband, Ireland ``Jimmy'' Frederick Jr.; two sons, Michael Leigh Bender of Virginia Beach and Brett Stuart Bender of Portsmouth; a stepdaughter, Sherry L. Wynn and a stepson, James B. Frederick, both of Portsmouth; and three grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday in Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, by the Rev. Ken Rice. Entombment will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
