Arnold O. Peterson, the man accused of leading police on a
pursuit that ended with the deaths of two people Jan. 21 in Norfolk,
was sentenced Monday to 30 days in jail an unrelated DUI charge. The
hearing was held in Virginia Beach traffic court. A Metro brief

Chesapeake School Board Chairman Jessie Lee Jr. stepped down from
his leadership position Monday, but he will remain on the School
