Geneva Hollomon Edmonds, 74, of the 900 block of Greenway Court, died March 1, 1995, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Edmonds, a native and lifelong resident of Norfolk, was the daughter of the late D. Hill Hollomon Jr. and Ethel Montague Hollomon and the widow of Maurice Legh Edmonds. She was a member of Freemason Street Baptist Church in Norfolk and the Norfolk Yacht and Country Club.
Survivors include a daughter, Legh Edmonds Huff; a sister, Mrs. Robert H. Stonum of Virginia Beach; a brother, D. Hill Hollomon III of Powell's Point, N.C.; and a grandson, Hayes Montague Huff of Norfolk.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Forest Lawn Cemetery by Dr. Donald J. Dunlap. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the home of Mrs. Edmonds, 902 Greenway Court, Norfolk. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to be made to the American Cancer Society or Freemason Street Baptist Church. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
