LILLIE D. CANNON

Lillie Deming Cannon, 84, of the 1100 block of E. Plantation Lakes Circle, a homemaker, died Feb. 28, 1995, in Norfolk.

Mrs. Cannon was born in Norfolk, and was the widow of Douglas C. Cannon Jr. She was a member of Marjorie Tyson Circle United Methodist Women at Park Place United Methodist Church and regularly attended St. John's United Methodist Church in Norfolk.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Frances Cannon White of Chesapeake and Cornelia Cannon Hickman of Norfolk; three sons, Douglas C. Cannon III of Bothell, Wash., Charles Edward Cannon of Tokyo and Warren Deming Cannon of Chesapeake; a brother, Warren H. Deming of Norfolk; 11 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and a nephew, Portius Deming III of Haymarket, Va.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, Norfolk, by the Rev. Francis E. Collins. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at 1130 Plantation Lakes Circle, Chesapeake, after 7 p.m. today.
