PRC Realty Systems Inc. has signed an agreement to be acquired by an alliance of Advance Publications, Cox Newspapers Inc., Knight-Ridder Inc. and Tribune Company. McLean-based PRC Realty Systems, a leader in providing computerized information services to the real estate industry, has been a subsidiary of Black & Decker Corp. since 1970. The newspaper alliance will acquire PRC Realty Systems for $60 million. The alliance partners will be equal partners in the venture. by CNB
