DANIEL P. WARD

Daniel Patrick ``Dan'' Ward, 40, of the 2400 block of Broad Bay Road, died March 3, 1995, in his home.

Mr. Ward, a native of Norfolk, was a store manager for Norfolk Wire and Electronics Co. Inc. He was a graduate of Maury High School and was very well known in the Tidewater area as an amateur golfer.

Survivors include his parents, Pat and Bill Ward of Norfolk; his fiancee, Terri Martin of Virginia Beach; two brothers, Jim Ward of Portsmouth and Mac Ward of Charlottesville, Va.; his aunt and uncle, Betsy and Del Delcambre of Portsmouth; two nieces, Rebecca and Caitlin Ward of Charlottesville; a nephew, James A. Ward Jr. of Portsmouth; and a cousin, Greg Lunsden of California.

A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Norfolk chapel of H.D. Oliver Funeral Apts. by the Honorable Alfred W. Whitehurst. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, 1275 York Ave., New York, N.Y. 10021, or to the Norfolk chapter of the SPCA.
