Charles A. Loving Sr., 64, died of a heart attack in Waldorf, Md., on March 1, 1995.
He is survived by a daughter, Sharon Blinsinger of Virginia Beach; two sons, C.A. Loving Jr. of Virginia Beach and David Loving of Pearisburg, Va.; and five grandchildren.
Instead of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Heart Association in his name.
