Twenty-eight people have been arrested on drug or alcohol charges as the result of a six-month undercover operation in this Washington County community.
Warrants were issued for a total of 38 people on drug charges and for four other suspects on illegal liquor sale charges.
This week, the Plymouth Police Department, the Washington County Sheriff's Department and state Alcohol Law Enforcement officers rounded up the suspects. Charges included sale and delivery of cocaine; sale and delivery of marijuana; possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine; possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana; conspiracy to sell and deliver cocaine; possession of alcoholic beverages for the purpose of sale; and sale of alcoholic beverages without the applicable ABC permits and revenue license. Bonds were set at $15,000 and above.
