ROBERT P. ROLLINS

Robert Preston Rollins, 83, of 200 W. Constance Road, died March 4, 1995.

A native of Elgin, MN, he was the son of the late Francis LaBan and Carrie Preston Rollins and the widower of Ruth Zodtner Rollins. Mr. Rollins retired as the executive assistant to the president of the American Red Cross after thirty-four years of service. He was a member of the Louise Obici Hospital Auxiliary.

Survivors include two sons, Bruce T. Rollins of Twin Mountain, NH, and Dr. Dixon M. Rollins of Suffolk; seven grandsons; and one great-granddaughter.

Memorial services will be held at a later date in Portage, WS. The body was cremated. Memorial donations may be made to the Nansemond Suffolk Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 1515, Suffolk, Va. 23439 or to Riddick's Folly, 510 N. Main Street, Suffolk, Va. 23434. The family will be at the home of Dr. Rollins, 519 W. Riverview Drive. R.W. Baker & Co. is in charge of arrangements.
