MAN FOUND DEAD APPARENTLY WAS SHOT TO DEATH

A man whose body was found in a Denbigh park Saturday apparently died of a gunshot wound.

Eric Lynward Winslow, 27, was discovered at the Potters Field Historical Site in the 14700 block of Warwick Blvd. about 8:30 a.m. Saturday when a pedestrian saw his body and notified police.

Police said that Winslow lived in the Autumn Lakes Apartments, also in the 14700 of Warwick Blvd.

A medical examiner called to the scene found that Winslow had been shot. An autopsy likely will be performed Monday, police said.

Investigators are asking that anyone with information about the death to call Crime Line at 245-0755.
