Betty Louise ``Bootsie'' Parvin, 56, of the 4000 block of Ridgewood Court, a homemaker, died March 4, 1995, in a local hospital.
Mrs. Parvin was born in Norfolk.
Survivors include two daughters, Vickie Lynn Brown and Lori Ann Biemiller, both of Virginia Beach; a son, Joseph R. Parvin Jr. of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Lillie Tarkenton and Brenda Long, both of Chesapeake; and five grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Riverside Cemetery, Norfolk, by the Rev. Arthur Lands. The family will receive friends today from 7 to 9 p.m. in Kellum Funeral Home, Pleasant Hall, Kempsville Chapel.
