Circuity[sic] City Stores Inc., the nation's largest retailer of electronic goods and appliances, said that its February sales climbed 31 percent from a year ago, while sales for its full fiscal year rose 35 percent. Circuit City said that its February sales totaled $439.2 million, up from $334.9 million in February 1994. For the fiscal year ended Feb. 28, sales were $5.58 billion, compared with $4.13 billion the previous year. The Richmond-based chain also said that it has entered the Seattle market with three superstores and the Charlottesville market with one superstore. by CNB
