SCOTT TAYLOR ARTIST PUTS ROLLING ADS ON THE SIDES OF BUSES.

When friends of Scott Taylor built a new house on the Chesapeake Bay, they would have liked a great view of the Bay Bridge-Tunnel. Instead, they had a great view of the cinder block garage next door.

Taylor, an artist, gave them the tunnel view by painting a bay scene on the neighboring wall. He included sand, water, sea oats and birds, and he even hand painted bricks - one by one - to disguise the cinder blocks.

Taylor's used to painting big. He works for Signmasters Transit Art, a local firm that paints signs on the sides of buses - big signs - often for transportation companies in other cities.

``They're like rolling billboards,'' Taylor says.
